Dedins Cycle: Meditation and tea at sunset at Punta Falconera

When the sun begins to set and the Mediterranean is filled with golden light, time seems to slow down. It is the moment when nature becomes quieter and everything invites us to stop.

This experience takes us to Punta Falconera, one of the wildest and most spectacular corners of Cap de Creus. In front of the open sea and surrounded by rocks and the Mediterranean wind, we begin a guided meditation to let go of the day and enter a space of calm and presence.

After the practice, we share a tea in silence while the sun slowly hides on the horizon. A simple but profound moment, to breathe, listen to the landscape and reconnect with the well-being that appears when we simply allow ourselves to be.

What to bring: a towel or mat to sit on. A water bottle is recommended.
